**Jetzt gehen wir den nächsten Schritt**: Mit dir als AI Product Manager wollen wir die Kraft von künstlicher Intelligenz noch konsequenter in unsere Produkte, Prozesse und Teams integrieren.
Aufgaben
- Produktseitig: Du identifizierst, priorisierst und realisierst Use Cases zur Integration von AI in unsere Plattform (z. B. intelligente Angebotslogik, Chatbots, automatisierte Offerten).
- Strategisch: Du entwickelst eine klare AI-Vision für MoveAgain und treibst AI-Initiativen unternehmensweit voran.
- Operativ: Du führst AI-basierte Automatisierungen in Bereichen wie Sales, Customer Support und Operations ein - mit den neusten Tools oder koordinierst Entwicklungen mit unserer IT.
- Koordinierend: Du arbeitest eng mit Produktmanagement, Operations, Marketing und externen Tech-Partnern zusammen.
- Enablement: Du befähigst Teams im Umgang mit AI und stärkst unsere Innovationskultur.

Qualifikation
- Betriebswirtschaftlicher Hintergrund oder Erfahrung im digitalen Produkt
- oder Projektmanagement
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Einsatz moderner AI-Tools
- Verständnis für Daten, Prozesse und Customer Journeys
- Starke Kommunikations
- und Umsetzungsfähigkeiten - du bringst Ideen schnell in den Markt
- Unternehmerisches Mindset mit Lust, neue Wege zu gehen
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Startup-, Plattform
- oder E-commerce-Umfeld
