We are currently seeking a Success Mentor to train and support our clients 50+ in the French speaking parts of the world. A real big-thinker, a visionaire with an inspiring mentor personality. Used to work remote and self-managed. Believing that self-empowerment and education are the keys for success. **What you set in motion** - customer acquisition (no hard selling) and needs assessments - you empower customers 50+ to set goals and pursue a life-changing vision - you develop strategies to expand in new niches - powerful support for our customers throughout the entire e-learning growth course - you own growth and being that unique mentor of very successful 50+ visionaires **What you bring along** - at least 5 years of professional experience in mangement positions or as an entrepreneur - fluent and professional English, German is an advantage - minimum age: 45+, with an inspiring, empathic personality - newcomer to the topic of internal and growth work, welcome - enjoyment of exchanging ideas with people, learning and using new technologies - bring along your own lifelong dream that you want to fulfill - the will to show up authentically and to follow your own vocation without compromise **What we offer** - flexible workload to work at your own healthy pace and towards your big goals - opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people 50+ - working in a uniquely growth, wellbeing and success-oriented environement - we are success-oriented and this is how we remunerate our mentors: generous commission basis **How you proceed** If you dare to act differently, then call us directly.
