**We’re looking for a big-hearted person who**

- Has worked at least 5 years in leadership positions and self-managed
- Has a big vision and a strong desire to uplift people 50+ who still have a big dream to fulfill
- Thrive in a self-driven, flexible, and remote work environment
- Has firsthand experience with demanding and unhealthy work conditions
- Is empathetic, loves setting goals, big-thinking and results-oriented
- Is eager to learn, grow, and lead by example
- Is fluent in English (spoken and written)
