FIVE’s exciting new project, **FIVE Zurich,** which opened on 30th June 2022, is a newly revamped lifestyle hotel and Swiss hotspot that has previously been visited by the likes of Rihanna, Freddy Mercury, Grace Jones and Muhammad Ali as regular guests. Set to be a huge success, overlooking the city center from Zurich’s stunning Uetliberg plateau, this property is home to 87 suites and rooms as well as 7 award-winning and new culinary concepts centered around FIVE’s hallmark musical stylings. The new FIVE hotel in Zurich seamlessly unites the very best of Swiss hospitality with FIVE’s characteristic flair for exceptionally indulgent experiences for guests from the city and international visitors alike.

Our F&B Team are the final piece of the puzzle, they are cultured yet trendy personalities with an intuitive ability to anticipate colleagues’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering a hospitality experience that goes above and beyond - crafting experiences for our team members that last a lifetime.

As F&B Supervisor you will join a committed F&B team driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star’ guest experiences to an international diaspora.

You’ll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals.
- Be passionate about maintaining a service standard that embraces time as the ‘new’ luxury and therefore deliver ‘FIVE-style’ service in a timely manner to the highest level of expectation - all while having fun with the FIVE Vibe
- Business Development skills are essential - personnel must have commercial savvy abilities in order to be able to identify opportunities to sell and upsell with guests, while keeping in mind FIVE policies
- Support the smooth running of the Venue, where all aspects of the guest’s Food & Beverage service experience are considered ‘FIVE-star’ all the way
- Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
- Thorough knowledge of all of FIVE’s venues, menus, events, and assorted guest offerings to assist guests at every opportunity
- Take ownership of guest concerns, requests, and act decisively to ensure guest approval.
- Always be aware of guest preferences and assist in compiling guest history to offer a unique and personalized service, always
- Ability to aptly process billing and related payments and adhere to all established control procedures for the same
- Hands-on approach with a ‘can-do’ work attitude
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest services with a passion.
- Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
- Teamwork-oriented
- Positive, proactive outlook, hardworking and outgoing personality - and a fun-to-work-with energy at all times
- Previous relevant serving experience is a plus
- Swiss work permit holder or EU ID / Passport holder
- Proficient in English and at least B1 level in German
- Strong working knowledge of industry regulations
