**Description**
The digital service business transformation of Hitachi Energy’s global Service business is aiming at accelerating service business growth through service process automation, process efficiency and quality enhancement leading to an improved and more digitalized customer service experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Leading the digital service business transformation
- Implementation of a state-of-the-art asset management system (dynamic installed base register)
- Implementation if digitalized field operations (field service management)
- Implement part tracking & passport, e-commerce, twin solutions and connected asset services (incl asset performance management) for the world’s leading installed base
- Aim is to achieve a leading digital service experience for both, customers, employees and partn
- Leads the digital service business transformation
- Implementation and refines the Digital IT/OT/IoT roadmap for Service
- Enabling a fully servitized business model future through process and tools readiness, organizational transformation in line with the Lumada Growth Cycle strategy
Your requirements
- Passionate transformational leader with at least 15 years business experience, out of which 10 years experience in infrastructure service business
- Strong track record in DX, especially in the arena of EAM/FSM/APM/Cloud/Connectivity strategies, change management and gobal business accumen
- A strong commitment to an open architecture & mindset towards cooperation across Hitachi Energy functions, BU’s and regions and with the broader Hitachi Digital ecosystems and external partners
- Primary working language is English. Academic education beneficial, but business track record and digital business transformation references prevail
