The Digital Transformation team is the centralized function driving AI and transformation agenda for GWM globally, with mandates across strategy & partnership, delivery management, AI adoption & change management, and team & capabilities development. Your Expertise minimum 7 years’ experience as a business strategist or digital transformation related roles, ideally with deep expertise in wealth management cross-cultural exposure and experience working across locations, with a proven ability to manage and align a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior management and risk functions proven ability to establish and manage cross-functional project governance frameworks. proven knowledge and experience with integrating multi-disciplinarily approach to drive innovation and AI adoption strong partnership experience, including direct collaboration with external FinTechs and internal business sectors to launch new digital offerings and strategic AI initiatives experienced in designing and driving strategic offsite objectives and deliverables, defining transformation roadmaps, and leading them through to execution. excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions and regions. fluent in English and at least one additional Asian language About Us UBS is a leading and truly global wealth manager and the leading universal bank in Switzerland.
