La division CASE MANAGEMENT fournit des services d'accompagnement des personnes accidentées ou malades, ainsi qu’un soutien à leur réinsertion/réorientation professionnelle, et soutient les entreprises et leurs employés dans le but d'avoir des employés en bonne santé et productifs. Dans le cadre de l'extension de notre équipe Suisse romande de Case Management basé à Lausanne, nous recherchons, immédiatement ou à définir un/une

**CASE MANAGER 60-80%**:
Votre activité principale dans cette fonction intéressante et variée consiste à fournir des prestations et un soutien de clients qui, à cause de problèmes de santé dus à une maladie ou un accident, présentent des limites qui influencent sur leurs activités professionnelles. En outre, vous soutiendrez les professionnels des RH dans les entreprises, dans l'accompagnement des employés ayant des problèmes de santé et vous soutiendrez l'entreprise dans l'objectif d'avoir des employés sains et productifs. Pour ce faire, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes AEH Corporate Health et la Médecine des assurances.

Cette fonction exige un haut niveau de compétences sociales et de fortes aptitudes à la communication, que vous pourrez appliquer dans les négociations quotidiennes avec les clients, surtout les compagnies d'assurance, ou encore auprès des supérieurs hiérarchiques et des responsables des ressources humaines.

Idéalement, vous pouvez déjà justifier d'une expérience dans une fonction similaire et vous connaissez le secteur des assurances ou celui de la sécurité sociale, et avez une certaine expérience de base du milieu médical, psychologique ou social. Vous êtes également orienté vers le client et êtes innovant. D’excellentes connaissances du français à l'écrit et à l'oral, et une bonne compréhension de l’allemand (minimum B1) sont un prérequis.
