- We’re looking for a Wealth Concierge Case Manager to:
- serve as the primary point of contact for daily banking activities and administrative tasks for our Wealth Management clients
- investigate, address, and resolve client inquiries and issues through effective communication with clients and internal partners in a prompt and professional manner
- manage efficiently day-to-day client transactions, troubleshoot inquiries, and ensure seamless operations
- carry out account maintenance duties and supervise client-related processes such as account openings, closures, and ongoing KYC and due diligence
- keep accurate and up-to-date client documentation related to risk, compliance, and regulations
- identify potential cross-selling opportunities and engage in discussions with client advisors

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Wealth Concierge LatAm team based in Zurich. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, especially when it comes to serving our Wealth Management clients. We work closely with client advisors across the Latin American market, taking responsibility for responding to a variety of clients needs to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience, ultimately freeing up time for the main activities of the advisory teams. You will play an important role in this new key project for our Wealth Management unit and in our delivery of digital client services.

**Your expertise**
- ideally some years of work experience in Wealth Management or the banking industry, with a flair for client service
- expert at building relationships (people want to know you) and a true team player
- ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail
- proven track record in cultivating a robust feedback culture while navigating and embracing change
- passion for innovation and devising creative approaches to boost efficiency
- strong computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
- fluency in Spanish, working knowledge of Portuguese, English, and German is advantageous
