Tasks

For our fast and successful growing internal finance team we are looking for a bookkeeper who is
- recording all financial transactions in different accounting/bookkeeping & ERP systems
- posting debits and credits
- producing and sending invoices
- maintaining and balancing subsidiaries, general ledgers, and historical accounts
- completing monthly payroll processes
- supporting the CFO on financial preparation for monthly/quarterly/yearly accounts including VAT & Tax declarations
- preparing Ad Hoc reports

**Requirements**:
What we require from you
- a strong understanding of Swiss accounting principles and accounting software is a MUST
- at least 3 years of experience in the world of Business
- proof of experience in Finance and Accounting
- accuracy & attention to detail is a matter of course
- experience in VAT, Tax & Social insurances
- confidentiality
- ability to deliver to a goal on time and in full
- English speaking - Good knowledge of spoken & written language is necessary
- German speaking - knowledge of written language is critical
- fully IT literate in MS programs and strong ERP understanding (no programming involved)
- good level of Excel skills to manage data including basic use for formulars
