**About the job**

We are looking for a digital implementation manager to onboard and activate new customer projects and help manage our increasing number of customers. You will work closely with your colleagues in the project team, and will have some interaction with the sales.

**Your responsibilities**
- Ensure project implementation (start to go-live) is 2-3 months
- Manage the customer relationship

**What you will be doing**
- Ensure project implementation (start to go-live) is 2-3 months_
- Run onboarding workshops with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales on pilot projects
- Technical implementation of the product within the client infrastructure
- Manage the customer relationship_
- Provide continuous training for customers (new features, new employees)
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights
- Support the product team in developing features with those insights

**Our requirements**
- Ensure project implementation (start to go-live) is 2-3 months_
- You are comfortable setting up and leading workshops
- You put customers first and always strive for excellence
- You are excellent at understanding complex technologies and can easily explain technical concepts to non-technical people
- Manage the customer relationship_
- You are an excellent communicator, and enjoy sharing knowledge on a regular basis
- Excellent ability to extract underlying needs from customer feedback and synthesize them into relevant product recommendations
- Ability to create compelling business cases for product improvements and new features

**General requirements**
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent/native in German
- Proficient in English
- You have a valid work permit for Switzerland
- Nice to have: Masters Degree
- Nice to have: Familiar with ERPs and their implementation
- Nice to have: 3-7 years of previous work experience
