Proclinical are recruiting a Supply Chain Manager for a biotech organisation. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Baar. The client is focused on providing ground-breaking treatments within a therapeutic area that they specialise in.

**Responsibilities**:

- When needed, recognise prospects of development in inventory management and initiate modifications and solutions cross functionally.
- Conduct scenario evaluations to assist with different business requirements, i.e. product life management, effect of demand alterations, contingency plans etc.
- Guarantee modifications and adjustments requested and sourced are examined and if needed, alterations to the proposal within regulations.
- To warrant compliant supply and preservation of approved level of client service, you will handle client relations internally and externally.
- Warrant that suitable orders and prediction of figures over needed horizon of at least 24 months are conveyed to the applicable shareholders.
- Supervise the implementation of the proposal for the firm horizon.
- You will guarantee long range preparations and alignment with the vendors at each product level.
- To guarantee uninterrupted market provisions, you will direct and organise cross-functional actions/teams within Global Supply Chan.
- Certify that inventory is upheld at target level and point out inconsistencies and risks.
- Produce and preserve a 24-month supply approach on a monthly basis that balances altering market conditions, capacity restrictions, target inventory levels, and CMC dissimilarities.
- Transformation of the dependent supply needs plan into production needs for the company's manufacturing sites and Contract Manufacturers.
- Guarantee comprehension and alignment of priorities and deadlines.
- You will guarantee compliance.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance to endorse and sustain compliance.
- Other duties may be assigned to the role.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in a Demand and Supply planning position with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position within a biotech or pharmaceutical organisation.
- Knowledge in a global and measured setting.
- Able to work in a fast-paced setting with organisational abilities.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Acquaintance with MRP Demand and Supply Planning.
- Ideally experience with supply chain and manufacturing planning tools such as Oracle, Hyperion, Business Object, TrackWise, SAP, APO, Manugistics, JDE.
