In unserer Supply Chain Administration übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Verkaufsadministration und unterstützt unser Team mit deiner strukturierten und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise. Du bist eine wichtige Schnittstelle innerhalb unseres Betriebs und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe.

Deine Arbeitszeiten: 60% Pensum - möglichst feste Arbeitstage Montag, Dienstag und Mittwoch oder nach Vereinbarung

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortung für die **Verkaufsadministration**, einschließlich aller anfallenden administrativen Arbeiten.
- Unterstützung bei der **Einkaufsadministration** als Stellvertretung (z. B. Buchen von Wareneingängen).
- Anlaufstelle für interne und externe Anfragen.
- Unterstützung bei Projekten und Prozessen innerhalb der Supply Chain.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Eine **kaufmännische Grundausbildung** (z. B. KV) oder Berufserfahrung in der Logistik oder Supply Chain.
- **Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelbranche** ist von Vorteil.
- Sehr gute **Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift**; weitere Sprachkenntnisse, wie Französisch, sind ein Plus.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und selbstständig.
- Du bist kommunikativ, engagiert und fühlst dich in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld wohl.
