As a first-tier supplier to our renowned business partner, **Roche Diagnostics** in Rotkreuz, we are immediately seeking a motivated and dedicated **Digital Content Creation Manager**. This is a temporary assignment of one year with the possibility of extension.

The Digital Content Creation Manager plays a critical role in shaping and executing Roche Diagnostic Solutions’ digital content strategy across global promotional channels. This position is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing high-quality content that elevates Roche’s position as a thought leader, supports product marketing, and promotes awareness and engagement with our diagnostic solutions for B2B and B2C audiences.

This role is not only about content production but about stewarding content excellence. The Digital Content Creation Manager will work cross-functionally with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, SEO experts, and other key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, consistency, and regulatory compliance. They will help uphold the quality and tone of Roche’s digital presence while taking an active role in channel performance analysis, optimization strategies, and campaign planning support.

**Tasks**:

- Content Strategy and Management: Lead platform strategies for key content marketing channels, manage editorial calendars, and refine strategic direction based on performance insights.
- Content Creation, Review, and Optimization: Create and manage high-quality digital assets, edit and fact-check content for accuracy, and align web content with SEO best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Partner with various internal teams to ensure unified storytelling and digital execution, participate in strategic discussions, and communicate plans to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Manage content production vendors, freelancers, and creative agencies to deliver quality assets on time and within budget.
- Governance, Brand, and Process Excellence: Enforce content guidelines, contribute to Roche’s editorial boards, leverage data-driven insights to optimize content strategies, and promote best practices.

**Must-Haves**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in digital content creation, content marketing, or editorial roles.
- Experience working in a matrix organization in a regulated environment (e.g., healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics) with familiarity with content compliance.
- Proven ability to create and manage content across multiple digital platforms.
- Strong editorial skills, including copywriting, copyediting, and proofreading.
- Native English speaker (or equivalent fluency) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of SEO best practices, user experience principles, and digital content performance metrics.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to gather and synthesize stakeholder input.
- Ability to manage agency/freelancer collaboration to ensure content quality and brand alignment.
