Nos services innovants permettent de **réduire les risques** et de **protéger efficacement**les entreprises, les institutions, les PME et les clients résidentiels. **Description du poste** Nous offrons un poste d'**Operations & Project Manager**. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans le bon fonctionnement et le développement de notre filiale de **Plan-les-Ouates**entre 80% à 100%. Véritable **pilote de l'activité**, vous coordonnez les opérations au quotidien et menez des projets variés et parfois complexes, en veillant à la performance opérationnelle, à la satisfaction des clients et au respect des objectifs financiers. **Manager de terrain**, vous accompagnez et supervisez les équipes, assurez la bonne coordination des projets et travaillez en lien direct avec la direction, avec un reporting régulier au General Manager. **Votre champ d'action**: - Opérations - Superviser les activités quotidiennes (installation, maintenance, support). - Optimiser les processus opérationnels pour améliorer la qualité et la rentabilité. - Définir et suivre les KPI opérationnels (SLA, délais, coûts). - Gérer les ressources humaines et matérielles pour garantir la disponibilité et la performance. - Gestion de projets - Planifier, coordonner et piloter des projets multisites et multi-technologies. - Assurer le respect des délais, budgets et standards qualité. - Identifier et gérer les risques liés aux projets. - Utiliser des outils de gestion (ex. MS Project). - Reporting & stratégie - Fournir des rapports réguliers au General Manager (performance, risques, opportunités). - Contribuer à la définition et mise en œuvre de la stratégie opérationnelle. Ce rôle s'inscrit dans **un modèle de collaboration "2 in a box",**où les décisions clés sont prises en concertation pour garantir alignement et efficacité. **Qualifications** En outre, nous recherchons un profil doté des qualités suivantes**: - **Expérience managériale confirmée de plus de 5 ans** dans la gestion opérationnelle d'équipes et de projets. - Capacité à piloter plusieurs projets en parallèle et bonne optimisation des ressources. - Expertise des systèmes de sécurité électronique (vidéosurveillance, contrôle d'accès, intrusion). - Bonne connaissance des normes (EN, ISO, GDPR). - Aisance à communiquer et à développer des relations solides avec les équipes internes. - Dispose d'une **expérience solide en négociation clients** et suivi des fournisseurs, sous-traitants. - À l’aise dans un environnement digital et avec les logiciels professionnels. - Maîtrise de l'**anglais**et de l'**allemand**B2 minimum (capacité à communiquer avec nos équipes, les clients, les fournisseurs et avec notre groupe à l’international). - Formation ou diplôme équivalent en ingénierie, management de projets. - Certifications PMP, Prince2 ou Lean Six Sigma, un atout. **Informations supplémentaires** Ce que nous vous offrons** - Nous vous offrons une rémunération conforme aux exigences du marché - Treizième mois - Bonus selon résultats - 5 semaines de vacances - Un véhicule de fonction **_Tu seras contacté par notre service de recrutement._
