Salesforce Tech Lead

EF High School Exchange Year (“HSEY”), part of the EF Group, is currently looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and contribute with all technical aspects of Salesforce projects
- Manage the development and deployment of new requirements related with Salesforce
- Manage the Salesforce team (developers, administrators and business analysts) from the technical point of view
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements and coordinate the design of solutions
- Create and maintain development and integration plans, documenting key details about integrations, custom development and data migration
- Determine the scope and corresponding effort estimates for all development
- Work closely with the business to maintain high user satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, timely, and thorough solutions to user problems

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Salesforce custom development using Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, REST APIs, SFDX
- Broader programming technologies such as Git, HTML, XML, JSON, JavaScript and scripting tools
- Knowledge about CI/CD
- Knowledge about ETL tools
- Marketing Cloud experience is a plus
- Agile project methodology experience
- Strong analytical skills with ability to learn quickly
- Strong communication skills

**Qualifications**
- Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer 1 (preferred) and Marketing Cloud (plus)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or closely related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of technical team leadership experience
- 5+ years direct experience in software development and/or programming design and systems management
