**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Gestaltung, Erstellung, Verhandlung und Abschluss von Verträgen verschiedener Fachbereiche
- Durchführung und Unterstützung beim Claim Management (Analyse der Rechtmäßigkeit, Anspruchsstellung, Verfolgung, Prozessbegleitung)
- Laufende Anpassung der Vertragstexte an neue gesetzliche Regelungen bzw. Konzern
- und Unternehmensvorgaben
- Beratung und Unterstützung der duagon Gruppe zu allen rechtlichen Fragestellungen und bereichsübergreifenden Sonderthemen sowie Schnittstelle zur Konzernabteilung
- Allgemeines Archivierungsmanagement (Archivierung, Verwaltung, Fristenmanagement etc.) innerhalb des Bereiches Legal

**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium im rechtlichen Bereich (Wirtschaftsjurist, Diplomjurist oder Volljurist)
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in Beschaffungs-, Tender-, Vertrags
- oder Rechtsfunktion mit umfangreichen Vertragsschnittstellen
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse in Bezug auf Vertragsgestaltung, -verwaltung und Änderungskontrolle
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Pflege und Aktualisierung von Datenbanken sowie in Anwendung der MS-Office Produkten, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen, wie z.B. Spanisch oder Französisch, sind von Vorteil
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine hohe Kundenorientierung
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit, analytisch und strukturiert und eine ausgeprägte intrinsische Motivation
