**Beschreibung**:
For our partner, an innovative and well-known medical technology partner, we are looking for a qualified and motivated **Global Product Manager** for a permanent position.

**Tasks**:

- Focus on product and service offering along the whole lifecycle
- Commercial responsibility from idea to phase-out of a product/project. This means: Create value in defining product and service offering to the customer (quotes, contracts, etc.)
- Bridge the business and technical needs of our large OEM and evolving startup customers with the engineering and contract manufacturing capabilities and by partnering with other companies
- As the leader of steering committee meeting for assigned accounts you are responsible to drive and monitor the process for these key accounts
- Clarify the key deliverables, product and technology requirements and communicate them
- First point of contact for customer’s management during a running project
- Set-up, define and plan the consulting, engineering, manufacturing and after-sales services that optimally benefit customers. Take potential capability, regulatory and risk constraints into consideration
- Collaborate with key account management in creating the quotes and contracts services and support negotiations
- Provide the organization with reliable forecasts including capacities and capabilities needed
- Drive for results to achieve customer satisfaction, fast and reliable response, on-time delivery and other key metrics
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a focus on value creation for the customer and value capturing for the enterprise

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, science or engineering, Master’s preferred
- 3+ years of experience in program management, ideally in OEM IVD and/or life science research industry
- Customer centric business mentality with strong abilities to steer activities for optimum results and outcome
- Experience with complex, multi-level programs in large organizations in a regulatory environment
- Proven record in managing the development of technologically sophisticated solutions and complex systems
- Operations, manufacturing and after-sales service knowledge
- Sophisticated communication skills, including group presentation, negotiation and influencing
- Fluent in English, German language capabilities are a plus
- Advanced managerial and leadership skills, including planning and organization, decision making, problem solving and program and risk management
- Willingness to travel approx. 10 - 20%
