Deine Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Koordination einer Produktlinie innerhalb der Montage
- Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Produktion, Entwicklung, Logistik und Qualität
- Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Produktionsprozesse zur Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und Effizienz
- Umsetzung und Betreuung von Produkt
- und Prozessänderungen in der laufenden Fertigung
- Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Montageprozesse unter Anwendung von Lean-Methoden und KVP
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Modelle und Leitung bereichsübergreifender Projekte

Damit überzeugst Du uns
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung, Fertigungssteuerung oder Prozessoptimierung, idealerweise in der Aviatikindustrie oder Automobilindustrie
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean Production, KVP oder ähnlichen Methoden und Erfahrung im Change-Management
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen wie SAP, MES-Systemen und MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
