Sustainability Process Expert

**What's the role?**:
Sustainability is one of Hilti’s main strategic priorities and creates a huge momentum for our customers as well as within our organization. You will be part of a Sustainability Reporting & Data Management Program that helps creating transparency within and beyond the organization, and by that generating business impact and positive change in line with our strategy.

**What does the role involve?**:
In your role as Sustainability Process Expert, you will be part of a cross-functional team working on the digitalization of sustainability reporting and data management.
You are the key driver when it comes to the generation of data transparency, owning several topics in the area of data process definition, constantly challenging the status-quo. This way, you enable the improvement of our data quality as well as the efficiency of sustainability data collection and provision.
In close collaboration with our global counterparts on business and IT side, you ensure a smooth process setup and implementation.
Beyond the project, you will play an essential role for data governance, taking responsibility for data quality and availability along established data flows.

Our small, collaborative team directly reports to Hilti’s CEO and is closely linked to strategic developments within the organization. We are fueled by a joint purpose and passion for sustainability and see ourselves as drivers to bring the strategic visions to life.

**What you need is**:

- Proven process management skills, praxis in agile project management is preferred
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with high system affinity and working knowledge of systems and tools
- Interpersonal skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment, excellent stakeholder management and confident in communicating with various cultures and among different hierarchies
- Positive mindset with an innovative mentality and result-oriented personality
- You are fluent in English and ideally have a working knowledge of German
