**Sourcing Manager - Procurement/Contracting/Enterprise Systems/SAP/Cost Reduction**

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Execute procurement requests in line with category guidance and company policies

- Collaborate with procurement, business, and legal teams on sourcing and contracting activities

- Ensure continuous improvement and supplier performance optimisation

- Communicate progress and outcomes of procurement activities clearly and effectively

**Requirements**:
- Substantial procurement experience in contracting, enterprise systems, and spot buying

- Good communication skills and demonstrated understanding of translating business requirements into procurement specifications with customer service in mind

- Sourcing management experience in a technical field (electronics, mechanics)

- Knowledgeable in systems and processes for efficient management of contract documentation, templates and processing tools (e.g. eSourcing, eAuction)

**-**Knowledge of business enterprise tools (SAP)

**Languages**:
- German intermediate (B2 Level)

- English fluency (C1 / C2 Level)
