**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Consulting Sales Executive to sell consulting services. You will engage with our Medium and Large Enterprise clients. Your role will be to drive their digital transformation and to maximize their investments in our technology across our 3 clouds, Azure, Office 365 and Dynamics 365. This is a highly visible position that requires a dynamic and assertive personality who can influence both customer leaders and Microsoft's cross-functional teams to enable the desired business outcomes.
- ** Lead the consulting sales relationship with the assigned client(s)**: Build and maintain close relationships with senior business and technology leaders to develop and sign transformative digital engagements.
- ** Develop and lead the consulting sales motions across all solution areas in alignment with the overall account strategy**: Orchestrate the consulting virtual team to ensure focused engagement activities aligned with client priorities.
- ** Lead and orchestrate the consulting team including Microsoft Partners for high client satisfaction**: Is accountable for the end-to-end sales cycle, and acts as a role model for selling digital transformation in the given industry. Works closely with our internal Service Lines and external Partner organizations.
- ** Exceed sales targets while maintaining deal management excellence**: Execute sales excellence and discipline in pipeline management, client sponsorship, and engagement impact.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive consulting, business transformation, or project/services sales background.
- Experience working with Enterprise level customers and large accounts.
- Proven experience partnering with and influencing up to C-Suite.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are ideal, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills; both in writing and verbally.
- Good affinity for the impact of cloud computing in digital transformation projects.
