- In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the global development of the HI Marketing organization. Working closely with the HI Marketing Operations and Product & Portfolio leadership team, you will align HR activities with the overall business strategy to create and maintain a sustainable, highly engaged, and high-performing workforce.**Your tasks**
- Establish, implement, and maintain Human Resources activities and programs that align with the strategy of the HI Marketing organization and the overall Sonova HR strategy
- Define and roll out HR processes, ensuring compliance with group standards and local regulations (e.g. performance review process)
- Establish and maintain professional and modern HR management practices
- Drive the development of the HI Marketing business unit to build an effective and high-performing organization
- Proactively facilitate and coach in change management and organizational development initiatives as a strategic partner for the management
- Work closely with Total Reward to develop compensation programs aligned with business goals
- Determine training and development needs according to the strategy and collaborate closely with Sonova Learning & Development and Talent Management
- Oversee and periodically drive actions to increase employee engagement, e.g HearMe survey
- Implement and maintain measures to retain high-performing and dedicated staff

**Your profile**
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or any related field of study
- Over 10 years of professional experience, preferably within a globally-operating company and industry setting
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to adapt swiftly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proven expertise in change management and organizational development
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of HRIS tools such as SuccessFactors.
