**Your role**
- Are you interested in a broad scope of topics in the Financial Crime Prevention and KYC / AML space or other areas related to regulatory compliance? Do you enjoy a range of different activities from supporting the team in dealing with ongoing developments, coordinating regulatory assessments or performing independent reviews on your own? Are you able to critically think and challenge the status quo?
- In your role as C&ORC P&C FCP Subject Matter Expert, you will:
- participate in and drive review activities across different KYC / AML and compliance topics and risks
- coordinate, contribute to and support reviews and enquiries of external auditors or regulators with a focus on KYC/AML
- participate in various simplification efforts and support their implementation
- support different remediation activities
- support the Head of the C&ORC P&C Competence Centers in ad-hoc and special projects

**Your team**
- You will be working in the C&ORC P&C Competence Centers in Zurich. We cover a wide range of KYC/AML-related topics for both the P&C and GWM division in Switzerland incl. support of specific regulatory reviews in this risk taxonomy. In your role, you will be closely collaborating with various functions across Compliance and the P&C and GWM division.

**Your expertise**
- minimum 5 years of experience working in both audit / risk control and project management, ideally with a focus on the KYC/AML area
- proactive reliable and resilient personality with a very structured working style, able to coordinate many stakeholders at the same time
- ability to interact with senior management stakeholders and ensure required high quality inputs are obtained in due time
- 'risk and control-minded' personality who can both independently identify gaps but also develop and implement robust and practical solutions
- fluent in German and English (other languages are an asset)
