The AV Regional Subject Matter Expert will report to the IT Operations Manager EMEA North and will join a diverse team of passionate and likeminded professionals. **The position**

In this exiting new opportunity, you will be the responsible person for your region, when it comes to AV Services and related asset management, ticket management and monitoring. Together with the Regional IT Operations Manager, you will advise on budget and continued improvement processes, and you will provide your expertise and knowledge to the Global support organisation. You will test new technologies and system improvements and provide support to live events with a high stakeholder Management responsibility.

Furthermore, your role could include:

- Creation of relevant Knowledge Articles and support with technical knowledge in larger procurements of AV equipment and services to Line of business (LoB).
- Drive and contribute to determination and change management of new processes/technologies/practices across the Region.
- Participating in DevOps teams and/or activities when required.

The EMEA North IT Operations is one of ten regional IT operations teams functioning globally. EMEA North IT team have a geographical scope of more than 20 countries with more than 4,500 end-users.
