To complete the Finance team asap, we are looking for a committed, highly qualified

Finance Manager

In this position, reporting directly to the Finance Director, your main areas of

**Responsibilities are**:

- Being responsible and overviewing accurate Finance and Accounting activities of several group companies together with your team (Swiss Gaap OR / IFRS)
- Managing of all accounting aspects of the Swiss Entity together with your team
- Managing the forecast and budget process for the Swiss entity incl. specific regional headquarter forecast and cost budget
- Consolidation
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial reportings to Management and finding interpretation to support future business decision
- Peparation of regular and ad hoc data sets for controlling purposes and/or special project requests
- Preparation for annual audit process
- Being involved in IT projects
- Being the point of contact and acting as a Business Sparring Partner for HR, Customer Service and Logistics activities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor / Master's degree in Business Administration or Degree in Finance & Accounting (min. FA BUHA)
- Ensures full compliance with all accounting standards and laws (Swiss local GAAP and IFRS)
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience as Accountant / Group Accountant within a local entity, regional or global Headquarters within an international business environment
- First leadership experience
- Very strong command of Excel and Powerpoint, experience on Accounting management system, SAP experience is mandatory
- hands-on attitude and willingness to grow and develop
- very strong analytical approach
- able to cummunicate in a simple straightforward way
- ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders on all level
- very good command of English, understanding of German
