- Strategic Advocacy: develop advocacy strategies aligned with Novo Nordisk’s global regulatory priorities. Influence regulatory frameworks through engagement with health authorities and industry associations.
- Commercial Partnership: partner with affiliates and cross-functional teams to identify regulatory opportunities that impact faster patient access to innovative therapies.
- Stakeholder Influence: build trusted relationships with regulatory agencies, key opinion leaders, and industry trade associations
- Policy Innovation: champion modern regulatory approaches including digital health frameworks and real-world evidence. Lead thought leadership through white papers and position statements that influence regulatory trends.

**What You Bring**
- You have an advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or Master’s) in regulatory affairs, public policy, health sciences, or a related field.
- Strategic Vision: proven ability to align regulatory advocacy with long-term policy goals and immediate market needs
- Influence Excellence: exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage regulators and stakeholders across cultural boundaries. Innovation Mindset: forward-thinking approach to regulatory challenges, driving adoption of breakthrough frameworks

About the department

At Novo Nordisk, our Regulatory Advocacy and Policy team is Zurich-Based with Global Influence you will lead from our Zurich office while engaging with stakeholders across International Operations (Worldwide coverage except USA) to shape regulatory policy and drive competitive advantage.
