Deine Rolle

Als Senior Lead Climate Policy & Advocacy verstärkst du unser Team mit Erfahrung, Netzwerk und neuen Perspektiven im Bereich Klima-Policy, Advocacy, Campaigning und Narrative. Du gestaltest mit, wie Clima Now den politischen und gesellschaftlichen Diskurs prägt. Dazu entwickelst du Strategien, identifizierst Hebel für systemische Wirkung und setzt deine Kreativität ein, um Ideen in wirkungsvolle Massnahmen zu übersetzen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Weiterentwicklung der Klima Policy & Advocacy-Strategie gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsleitung
  • Themenentwicklung / Projektentwicklung / Projektscouting in verschiedenen klimapolitisch relevanten Feldern
  • Projektbegleitung und Partnerschaften: Aufgleisen und Begleiten von Projekt- und Förderpartnerschaften im Bereich Klima Policy & Advocacy inkl. strategischem Sparring, Monitoring, Controlling
  • Stakeholder-Engagement: Beziehungen zu Schlüsselakteuren aus Politik, NGOs, Wirtschaft, Bundesverwaltung und Medien pflegen und aufbauen
  • Vertretung von Clima Now an relevanten Foren, Konferenzen und Veranstaltungen

Was du mitbringst

  • Motivation, der Schweizer Klimapolitik neuen Schwung zu verleihen & Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in Campaigning, Narrative Shaping, Policy oder Advocacy – idealerweise im Klimabereich
  • Tiefes Verständnis für politische Landschaften, Entscheidungsprozesse und gesellschaftliche Dynamiken in der Schweiz
  • Starkes Netzwerk in Bundesverwaltung, Parlament, Verbänden, NGOs und Parteien
  • Strategisches Denken und operative Umsetzungskompetenz
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten – schriftlich wie mündlich, auf Deutsch und Englisch, idealerweise auch auf Französisch
  • Erfahrung in agilen und interdisziplinären Teams
  • Master oder Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Bereich (z. B. Umweltpolitik, öffentliche Politik, internationale Beziehungen)
