We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive **Executive Assistant** to join a dynamic and fast-paced financial company based in Switzerland. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative support and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and playing a key role in internal coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Management_
Oversee daily administrative operations, including basic accounting, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and assist with financial reporting when required.
- Office Mgt_
Supervise office supplies and manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers.
Ensure the workspace remains well-organized, clean, and fully functional.
- Front Desk & Communication_
Act as the first point of contact for partners and CEO/COO.
Maintain effective and professional communication to support smooth business interactions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
Languages: Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is essential.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative or office management role, ideally within a financial or corporate environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills:
Strong sense of organisation with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
Discretion, reliability, and a high level of professionalism.
Additional Requirements
**Swiss Residency is mandatory - applicants without valid Swiss residence or permit will not be considered.
