Aufgaben:

- Du unterstützt unseren Chief Finance Officer bei seiner täglichen Arbeit, agierst als Sparring Partner und wirkst an verschiedenen Projekten mit oder übernimmst deren Leitung
- Du unterstützt bei der Messung der Wertschöpfung der Arval (Schweiz) AG in allen Belangen
- Du arbeitest eng zusammen mit unserem Controlling Team in Bratislava und verantwortest folgenden Aufgabenbereich (ab und zu vor Ort):

- Unterstützen und Koordinieren der Controlling Tätigkeiten
- Definieren, Evaluieren und Messen vereinbarter KPIs
- Einhalten von Qualitätsansprüchen und lokalen Bedürfnissen
- Du unterstützt andere Abteilungen in ad-hoc Analysen seitens Finance, kontrollierst finanztechnische Abläufe und stellst sicher, dass alles korrekt, lean und effizient ist
- Du identifizierst, analysierst und erklärst ausserordentliche Abweichungen von den budgetierten Zahlen in den von dir kontrollierten Bereichen
- Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen Business und Finance beim Budgetierungs
- und Forecastprozess und arbeitest aktiv mit
- Du unterstützt bei Monats-, Halbjahres
- und Jahresabschlüssen

Erforderliche Kompetenzen:

- Du besitzt eine höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Bachelor oder Master FH/Universität), mit Vertiefung in Corporate Finance und/oder Controlling)
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich in einer ähnlichen Funktion und bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im Controlling mit
- Du hast ein Flair für Finanzbuchhaltung und bereits Projekterfahrung gesammelt
- Du hast sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und bist IT-affin
- Du bist verhandlungssicher in Deutsch sowie Englisch (Französisch wünschenswert)
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine analytische, konzeptionelle und innovative Denkweise aus und kannst adressatengerecht auf allen Ebenen kommunizieren
- Du ergänzt unser Team mit deiner hohen Einsatzbereitschaft, deiner selbständigen Arbeitsweise, deinem Teamgeist und deinem strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsstil
