As a Louis Vuitton Host, you are the client’s first point of contact in store. You will be responsible to initiate the client’s journey through a warm welcome, by effectively determining their needs and providing direction within the store. You will partner with the managers and client advisors on duty to set a positive tone for the entire experience a client will have while they are with us and through this you will be essential to bringing the Louis Vuitton Promise to life.
The position is part-time, requiring availability on Fridays and Saturdays.
Missions
**Responsibilities**:
- Be a Brand Ambassador for our Geneva store
- Welcome our Customer on daily basis
- Provide a functioning and warm welcome for our customers by assuring the best conditions and attention to details upon their arrival
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage customer flow and ensure personalized service to our clientele
- Have a global understanding and vision of an excellent customer experience
- Be a proactive team player, supporting the store team with daily tasks
- Provide excellent services like wrapping gifts, organizing stock, and handling deliveries
- Make sure our customers have a wonderful experience in our store
- Take care of customers' special needs and requests
- Support to our team employees in organizing appointments
- Help with arranging displays and keeping the store looking beautiful
Profil
Profile
- Interested in a career in luxury retail with a love for creativity, fashion, and Louis Vuitton
- Friendly and helpful attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury environment
- Fluent in French and English; knowing another language is a plus
