Für unseren Bereich Global Marketing suchen wir für einen spannenden Einsatz von 6 Monaten zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Praktikant Group Marketing Cosmetics (m/w/d) 100%

Was dich erwartet:

- Du unterstützt das Global Marketing Team Naturkosmetik
- Du arbeitest unter anderem bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Innovationsplänen sowie bei der Produkt
- und Verpackungsentwicklung aktiv mit
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Team zusammen und bekommst Einblicke in diverse Weleda Abteilungen von der Produktentwicklung bis zur Packmittelfertigung
- Du erhältst die Möglichkeit, eigenverantwortlich Teilprojekte zu leiten und mit weltweiten Weleda-Märkten sowie externen Dienstleistern zusammen zu arbeiten

Deine konkreten Aufgaben umfassen:

- Marktanalysen für die Identifizierung neuer Innovationsprodukte sowie Käuferanalysen
- Be
- und Überarbeitung von Packmitteln
- Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen sowie Erstellung von Präsentationen, Excel-Tabellen und Grafiken für das obere Management
- Erstellung und Koordination interner Marketing Reports
- Mithilfe bei der Organisation von Workshops, Meetings und Events

Was du mitbringst:

- Mindestens drei abgeschlossene Semester eines wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiums
- Erste Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Marketing, vorzugsweise in der Fast Moving Consumer Goods Branche oder im Agenturumfeld
- Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und hohe Eigenmotivation
- Diplomatisches Geschick, selbstsicheres Auftreten und interkulturelle Kompetenzen
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise mit Organisationstalent
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
