Für den Bereich Innovation Project Management in Arlesheim suchen wir befristet für ein Jahr eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit in der Funktion als
Project Manager Cosmetics (m/w/d) 100%
Was dich erwartet:
- Planung, Koordination und Steuerung von Projekten im Bereich Cosmetics in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen (R&D, Marketing, Controlling, Produktion, Supply Chain Management und Strategischem Einkauf und unseren Ländergesellschaften)- Planung und Kontrolle von Meilensteinen, Budget und Ressourcen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der im Projektauftrag definierten Ziele- Definition und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Arbeitspaketen- Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen gemeinsam mit dem Controlling sowie Durchführung von Risikoanalysen- Erarbeitung von Entscheidungsunterlagen und regelmäßiges Reporting an die Steuerungsgruppe- Gelegentliche Reisen machen deine Arbeitsalltag abwechslungsreich
Was du mitbringst:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Methoden und Erfahrung in der Leitung von Produktentwicklungsprojekten- Du bringst idealerweise 3 bis 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung von interdisziplinären Teams mit- Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und starke Umsetzungsfähigkeiten- Strukturierte, organisationsstarke und leistungsbereite Persönlichkeit mit unternehmerischer Haltung- Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office und Planner- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
