Il assure le lien entre les restaurants, les livreurs et les clients, du début à la fin, et offre un environnement et des outils de travail attirants pour nos livreurs. L'équipe Opérations est responsable de tout ce qui concerne les opérations de livraison: la croissance, planification et performance de la flotte de livreurs à travers nos villes, ainsi que le suivi de commandes et résolution de problèmes en direct. Le rôle de Fleet Operations Lead couvre nos villes à travers nos 3 régions (Romande, Allemande, Italienne). Votre manager est le Chief Operating Officer; dans ce rôle vous aurez la responsabilité de la gestion de la flotte de livreurs dans chaque ville pour s’assurer que Smood ait la capacité opérationnelle idéale et que chaque employé performe. Tâches et responsabilités - Gérer le recrutement permanent de livreurs à travers nos différentes villes afin de remplir les besoins - Tenir les livreurs responsables de leur assiduité et performance, mettre les bonnes procédures de performance management ainsi que les bonnes récompenses / mesures disciplinaires - Faire le lien avec les Ressources Humaines afin de soutenir nos livreurs avec leurs requêtes - Équiper nos livreurs avec le matériel de travail nécessaire (uniforme, sac de livraison), et gérer l’inventaire de ces articles ainsi que la logistique de commande et distribution. - Effectuer des contrôles terrain à travers nos différentes villes afin d’assurer le bon respect des règles. - Collaborer avec certains départements clés tels que Marketing, Ventes et Tech - Résoudre les problèmes opérationnels ou de personnel liés à la flotte lorsqu'ils surgissent. **Requirements**: - Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion des opérations, de préférence dans un domaine logistique - Organisé(e), structuré(e), capable de résoudre de multiple problèmes de manière efficace - Autonomie et haut degré de "ownership" pour vos responsabilités - Fortes compétences en management de personnel, bonne communication avec la flotte - Capacités analytiques et techniques: la technologie est au centre de ce que nous faisons - Maitrise du français et de l'anglais requise - Expérience dans l'embauche et la création d'équipes à haute performance **Benefits** - Une compensation compétitive - Bureaux à Genève et Zürich - Une activité polyvalente et diversifiée - Un cadre de travail agréable au sein d'une équipe motivée et dynamique - Des outils informatiques performants et innovants - La gestion d'une population diversifiée
