We are looking for a temporary support for our Front Risk Management Team in CH & EMEA with a focus on control execution and recurring task support. Thereby working in close collaboration with the different Front Risk Management Sub-Teams and the Front.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Timely execution of 1LoD controls and recurring tasks
- Support front employees in remediating identified deficiencies
- Identifies awareness/training needs and contributes to risk training and awareness campaigns content and supports communication within the frontline
- Coordinate and provide support for risk-related recurring follow-up and monitoring tasks
- Support remediation/mitigation measures and initiatives within specific Sub Regions
- Support the preparation of the Sub Regional Risk Reporting; identifies awareness/training needs when analyzing the risk report findings

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Higher education degree or previous working experience in the 1LoD, Compliance or Risk Management
- Fluent in English; other languages (e.g. German or French) a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong team player with high flexibly
