ERP Program Manager

**Tâches**
You will be responsible for the successful global delivery and organizational integration of Group’s ERP program and system solution.
Provide a high-level leadership for coordinating the creation and design of the detailed ERP systems solutions architecture and implementation.
With Supply Chain and Manufactures, Finance, Sales/Marketing Business Owners and field leadership, responsible for the implementation of standardized global business processes across the organization and ensuring that they are maintained.
Collaborate with current IT and Business Leadership to manage both domain-specific work streams as well as establish and maintain an integrated approach that ensures all functional areas work seamlessly together.
Drive a coordinated approach to ERP-related business process changes and technical system integration across all related ERP domains to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
**Profil recherché**
Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related. PMI Project management, DevOps methodologies certifications required.
10+ years’ experience related to ERP systems implementation and operations, in international industrial manufactures organization is required.
Successfully led at least two large, complex, full-lifecycle ERP implementations example: utilizing SAP ANHA, or QAD or/and Microsoft D365 AX in Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacture.
3+ years of leadership responsibility managing midsize to large teams and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
Fluent in French and English, other is a plus.
