**Your contribution to KPMG**

Responsibility for managing a variety of international tax and financial services transfer pricing projects:

- Manage international restructuring projects and the design and implementation of new TP frameworks
- Analyse business models and assess consistency of value creation and profit allocation
- Manage due-diligence and post-M&A transfer pricing topics
- Advise clients on Operational Transfer Pricing topics
- Manage global compliance projects according to OECD and local standards
- Support our multinational FS clients in intergovernmental dispute resolution proceedings on transfer pricing issues

**This is what makes you successful**
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law or related studies
- At least 5 years professional experience in financial services transfer pricing, ideally within a Big Four or consulting environment
- Expertise in global transfer pricing regulations and OECD/BEPS 2.0 guidelines, specifically in relation to the FS industry
- Experience in Tax Dispute Resolution matters (MAPs, APAs, etc.), ideally in relation to the FS industry
- Fluent in English, German and/or French language skills are a plus
- Client-oriented and high-quality working style
- Ability to guide junior professionals in international projects and able to integrate tax inputs from multiple jurisdictions
