Private Equity Financial Controller

**Your team**:

- Assurer le suivi opérationnel et administratif des investissements en private equity/immobilier effectués pour le compte des clients de la Banque.**Your role**:

- Participer aux travaux de souscription et transfert de fonds de private equity/immobilier.
- Coordonner le flux d’information et communication avec les parties externes et internes.
- Suivre et animer les opérations de transfert de positions.
- Participer aux travaux de souscription de fonds de private equity/immobilier.
- Analyser et saisir les transactions quotidiennes dans l’outil de reporting.
- Etablir, contrôler et transmettre les rapports destinés à la clientèle.
- Analyser les rapports trimestriels pour des besoins de réconciliation
- Jouer le rôle d’intermédiaire avec les autres unités opérationnelles et les gérants du Groupe.
- Participer à la mise en place des projets du service.

**Your profile**:

- CFC de commerce / banque ou titre jugé équivalent.
- Formation en comptabilité/audit.
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience au sein d’un établissement bancaire ou d’une société d’audit.
- Intérêt pour les chiffres et aptitude à analyser des documents complexes.
- Connaissances du domaine du _private equity_/de l’immobilier/des fonds de placement, AML/KYC.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques usuels (MS Office, Outlook, etc.).
- Domicile en Suisse requis.
- Rigoureux/se, précis/e et très organisé/e, vous saurez faire de la satisfaction du client votre priorité et souhaitez rejoindre une petite équipe au sein de laquelle vous pourrez compléter votre expérience et mettre en valeur votre esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.**Note**:
