**Research Associate for 3D CNS in **vitro models**
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Independently design, execute and interpret experimental data
- You will be responsible for the generation, maintenance and characterization of 2D and 3D iPSC cell cultures
- Analyze brain organoids on a morphological (including High Content Imaging), biochemical and functional level including assessment of differential effects upon drug treatment
- Extensive cell culture expertise and skills required
- Present and report data and findings to team
- Cross-collorabte Pharmaceutical science and Neuroimmunology section labs
**Requirements**:
- MSc in Neuroscience, Cell/Molecular Biology or similar
- 1-2 years experience with cell culture techniques, ideally cultivation of primary or iPSC-derived neurons (2D, 3D, co-culture techniques)
- You are proficient in standard molecular biology methods (e.g. immunohistochemistry, qPCR, RNA/DNA
