Set an inspiring vision for our digital products for the major brands of the Hotelplan Group
Lead & coach your teams, foster talent, drive innovation and inspire colleagues & stakeholders
Own overall digital product roadmaps and solution design for Hotelplan's web properties
Co-lead our Digital Factory with the Director of web engineering, establish & coach agile product teams to set them up for success
Align with stakeholders and senior management to manage strategic direction and OKR
Steer your teams by setting ambitious targets and continuously coach to reach them
Prioritize and create compelling customer journeys and design them with an end-to-end experience in mind
Define UX & design standards with your UX/design teams and incorporate user feedback and research into the product development process
Collaborate with our Data & Analytics department to collect meaningful data and establish a multichannel customer experience
Collaborate with the IT department to manage key interfaces (API, core reservation systems, etc.)
Collect and act on a superior understanding of our market and our customers
Own the performance of your solutions/optimizations and manage defined KPIs & targets

**What do you offer?**:
**Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)**:

Computer science, business informatics, business studies or similar

**Experience as head of product, expertise in B2C ecommerce roles a big plus**:

Proven track record as a leader (min. 8 years) that inspires teams and drive change positively

**English (fluent)**:
**German (beneficial)**:

Passion for the travel & tourism industry, work experience in the travel industry a big plus (e.g. OTA, tour operator, booking platform, GDS, traveltech, etc.)
Expert knowledge of agile product development, UX/design as well as SEO and CRO
Web & app programming skills are a plus
Experience working with senior & c-level executives
Data-driven mindset, analytical approach to prioritize roadmaps and optimize conversion funnels
Ability to work with, coach and lead remote & international teams
Great communication skills and a true teamplayer
Self-starter with high initiative, curious mind that challenges the status quo
