Our company has had a presence in Switzerland since 1963. With a regional office and manufacturing/packaging facility, Lucerne is considered the center of operations. Approximately 1,000 people work collaboratively at the four Lucerne locations (Tribschenstrasse, Citybay, Schachen and Kriens). A fifth location has been recently established in Zurich, aimed at accelerating the development and commercialization of many of our company’s medicines and vaccines, which supports our mission to save and improve lives around the world. The new location has a target date of 2021 for operational readiness. The Switzerland Head Office of our company’s Swiss Subsidiary is based in Lucerne's city center. Located in the heart of the city, employees work collaboratively across many departments including commercial, market access, medical affairs, clinical research, regulatory affairs, and policy & communications.

**Your responsibilities**
- E-Commerce Strategy and relaunch of our e-commerce platform
- Support the DDAO-Team in campaign planning exercises with the business units.
- The intern, will be a strong voice of eCommerce market intelligence and shopper insights across the company
- Drive initiative on insight generation from syndicated research/market data
- Lead projects in our internal global project group around Customer Experience and e-commerce
- Help business understand what is happening in our categories in the e-commerce marketplace.
- Drive Omni knowledge and activation for business through secondary research
- Develop Scalable Insights

**Your Competencies**:

- Graduate of KV Business School
- Student or graduate of Bachelors/Masters degree in please provide scientific/business discipline or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of Hybris e-commerce shop software
- Well-organized, structured, and independent way of working
- Commitment, motivation and creativity
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland if required.
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal German and English skills, French or Italian is an asset
