If you’re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there’s only one choice.** **Data Scientist (f/m/d)** **PURPOSE**: Support the Swiss Marketing and Customer Engagement Teams in their strategic and operational decisions leveraging data and advanced analytics. **YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Co-design and development of a new local expert position for data science and advanced analytics. - Local Data Science expert and key contact for global Data Science team. - Close collaboration with local Analytics Translator to provide meaningful analytical models that generate competitive advantages - Drives Data mindset change across all functions in the organization and supports change management aspects related to the "Data Driven Company" paradigm. - Pro-actively manages data related topics within the Customer Engagement Framework across all strategic brands. - Supports the local data steward in running the local BI shop incl. reports and dashboard creation, enhancements and trainings. **WHO YOU ARE**: - Bachelor/Master in in natural science, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or similar. - At least 3+ years of professional experience in a data modeling, algorithm development, or data science role (recent experience in pharmaceutical industry is an asset) - A deep understanding of data analytics and machine learning and their underlying algorithms. - A background in software development (python) and familiarity with Jupyter, Linux, AWS and agile software development (git, Azure DevOps) - Fluent in German and advanced English language skills. **YOUR APPLICATION** **Location**: Switzerland : Zürich : Zurich **Division**: Pharmaceuticals **Reference Code**: 784992
