Join the SCHURTER Product Management Team as **Global Product Manager Connectors** and take charge of all aspects of our connector product range. In this key role, you will oversee product strategy, revenue, profitability, portfolio decisions, roadmaps, and new product developments. Your Responsibilities- Drive product strategy to meet revenue and margin targets-
- Develop product roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends-
- Collaborate with R&D and operations to create market-driven products-
- Manage product portfolio through its lifecycle, including rationalization-
- Drive promotional and training activities to support the Global sales teams-
- Build strong relationships with key customers and support new business opportunities-
- Monitor business plan progress and address any gaps-
- Optimize product management processes-
- Establish and execute pricing policy-
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance customer responsiveness and accountabilityYour Profile- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent-
- Several years of experience in strategic product management and marketing of electronic components-
- Strong skills in analysis, planning, forecasting, and budgeting-
- Experience in connectors or industry experience preferred-
- Excellent networker with strong interpersonal and communication skills-
- High commitment, ambition, and efficient, results-driven work style with ability to manage multiple priorities-
- Fluent in English and German-
