Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer Product Manager (m / w / d) with a strong Civil Engineering background to lead product development and management for mechanical parts used in construction. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in structural engineering with product management skills to drive the success of our client’s product portfolio. Workpensum : 100% and unlimited employment contract with our client Job Responsibilities Manage the entire product lifecycle of structural mechanical parts from conception through design, testing, launch, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with R&D, engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams to define product specifications and requirements. Leverage structural engineering expertise to ensure products meet industry standards and customer needs. Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities. Develop product roadmaps aligned with business strategy and customer demands. Support internal teams and customers with technical product knowledge and training. Candidate Profile Degree in Civil Engineering, with a focus or experience in structural engineering. Proven experience in product management within the manufacturing or construction sectors. Native or fluent German speaker with strong English skills. Strong technical background and understanding of structural engineering principles related to mechanical parts. Excellent communication, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
