Are you excited about transforming business processes through automation and smart digital workflows? As a Workflow Solutions Product Owner at Axpo Services AG, you'll play a key role in optimizing how services are delivered across departments using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and PowerApps.
**What you will do**:
- Act as the central link between business stakeholders and development teams for ServiceNow, Jira, and PowerApp.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and manage the product backlog.
- Drive the full development lifecycle from ideation to delivery in an agile setup
- Ensure timely feature releases through sprint planning and collaboration with QA and development teams
- Foster adoption of workflow tools across IT, HR, and Workplace Services
- Stay on top of platform updates and industry trends to guide strategic improvements
**What you bring & who you are**:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, ideally with ServiceNow or Jira
- Solid understanding of ITSM, HR, or Workplace Service Delivery processes and agile methodologies
- Comfortable working with tools like Jira, Confluence, and possibly scripting (e.g., JavaScript, REST APIs)
- Strong communicator with analytical skills and a structured approach
- Team-oriented mindset and proactive attitude in dynamic environments.
- Fluent in English; German and/or Spanish is a plus
