This role is to provide leadership in the planning and strategy, architecture, deployment, management and operation of BeiGene’s SAP ERP platforms for EU region in coordination with the APAC ERP CoE lead. It includes support for all logistics operating areas including Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality for ERP.

Essential Functions of the job:

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical needs to build strategic roadmaps in partnership with Enterprise Architecture
- Manage and execute SAP roadmaps in alignment with company priorities in a manner that ensures transparency and collaboration.
- Increase customer satisfaction scopes through regular engagement with IT business partner and business key stakeholders in regional supply chain, manufacturing, quality for checking in and keep satisfaction.
- Develop ERP architecture strategy and designs in partnership with other IT ERP CoE team members, and project consultants, e.g., single or multiple instances, with a focus on regional regulation and business requirements.
- Advise business teams on best practices for the deployment of SAP across multiple entities and geographies.
- Enhance business processes through the development of regionally relevant solutions and coordinate with APAC ERP Lead to meet global business needs.
- Lead Team for the successful configuration, unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing of the SAP implementation.
- Support the build and management of Integration Points between SAP and other systems.
- Actively participate in Project Reviews with the Project Management Office and the Steering Committee to ensure adequacy of project resources, adherence to timelines and budgetary control.
- Work closely with IT PMO to execute projects in the SAP Space using predefined processes and tools to control scope, cost and quality.
- Develop User Documentation to support usage of the system in cooperation with Consultants and Core Business Team.

Ongoing Support & Maintenance:

- Take ownership for the deployment of the SAP Global Template in the EU region to ensure effective control over changes required for localization or legal requirements.
- Lead development of policies, standards & baselines to ensure a consistent and secure framework for governance.
- Support Maintenance Patches, Version Upgrades and integration on New Bolt-on Applications.
- Overseeing User Help Desk tickets for disposal of service requests from business users.
