**Deine Verantwortung**:

- You are responsible for providing excellent first line support and assistance to international companies
- You contact customers about the progress of incidents and provide professional and timely solutions to IT issues
- You are in constant communication with all users and technical solution team members
- You ensure that unresolved or misdirected incidents are reassigned correctly

**Deine Skills**:

- You have a completed IT education as well as relevant certifications (ITIL, ITSM)
- You are familiar with Active Directory administration
- You have technical experience in TCP/IP troubleshooting, Exchange administration and mail tracking
- Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage
