We want to make sure our people reflect the communities across the world we help travel. **Job Description**: In this role you are responsible for the operative management of the team providing end user-facing IT services, including end user support, device management and procurement, licence procurement, asset management and our internal IT infrastructure. You have the opportunity and challenge of continuing our good work on enabling and increasing business value from our internal IT tools and services together with the end user services team, our enterprise architecture team and other colleagues. We are proud of our IT service quality and strive to keep our end users productive and happy with the tools they need to do their work. We are striving for a balance of frictionless operations, excellent equipment and services and a sensible approach to cost efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** - Leading the end user services team Chiasso - Collaborating with colleagues from IT, business and other support functions to enable and deliver the IT services needed to run our business including internal service levels - Managing and improving IT operations, including resource management and smooth operational capability in collaboration with our partners and internal colleagues - Driving excellent end user experience through guidance, communication and expectations management - Working towards cost-efficient high quality services across the board **Qualifications**: **Skills and Experience** We would like you to be competent and have previous experience in - The team you manage is primarily Italian speaking and the company's default documentation and working language is English, therefore strong Italian and English, both written and oral, are an important asset. - Strong communication, coordination and problem solving skills - Collaborating with diverse interest groups in an international setting - IT service management - IT partner collaboration and coordination - Google Suite architecture and processes - Service Integration and Management - Other valuable competence includes process automation, enterprise security, identity and access management processes. **Desirable competencies** - Budget management experience - Proactivity - Availability to travel eventually - Multi Language like Spanish can be a plus We would love to hear from you Tell us about your skills and desires and together we'll find out if we can be a match.
