**HPE Pointnext Account Services** advise and guide customers throughout their transformational journey to improve business outcomes. We help customers get the most from their IT investments with expertise in solution delivery, optimization, consulting, training and support. HPE GreenLake cloud services are focused on accelerating data-first modernization. A cloud-based service within HPE GreenLake that provides unified edge-to-cloud computing operations with a seamless as-a-service experience.
In a typical day as a **Account Support Manager** you:
- Are involved in the pre-sales phase right from the start
- Are the first point of contact for the customer in our GreenLake GMS and delivery organization
- Represent the interests of the customer - in particular to comply with the agreed SLAs
- Understand the customer's business and processes and see, how purchased services contribute to business success
- Know the customer's vision and strategy and take on the resulting requirements for IT services
- Manage escalations and business impact by providing process improvements and recommending changes in coordination with all involved teams
- Cultivate a customer-centric service culture with personal responsibility, trust, responsiveness and commitment
- Work in a great national and international team.

- University graduate or completed apprenticeship
- Enjoy working on problem solving, facing new challenges every day and making the difference for our customers
- You are there for the customer and excited to learn about the processes and procedures of GreenLake and GreenLake GMS
- First experience in planning, problem-solving, innovation, analysis, negotiation and communication - up to upper management level
- Ability to build cross-organizational relationships and achieve goals under pressure.
- Presenting skills with the ability to represent HPE to customers
- You enjoy discussing processes and standard operating procedures with the customer on an equal footing
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication skills in German and English: oral and written
