**About The Role**:
As our Junior Growth Manager, you'll drive our growth by crafting and executing marketing

campaigns that turn curiosity into leads. Operating at the intersection of marketing and sales,

you'll create materials tailored to our audience and transform sales insights into effective

strategies.

You'll manage SEO, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and more, ensuring we're always visible to our

target audience. With a focus on curiosity and innovation, you'll track emerging trends to keep

our growth strategies sharp.

Using data-driven insights, you'll refine campaigns to enhance our brand's presence, attract

the right leads, and convert interest into business growth.

**Expect a Day Full of**:

- Crafting and executing innovative growth campaigns that captivate and convert
- Analysing data to understand market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance, using insights to drive decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on growth strategies.
- Experimenting with a variety of growth hacks and marketing channels to identify the most effective tactics for our goals
- Engaging with our community through social media, content creation, and other creative outlets to build a strong, loyal user base
- Leveraging SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising to enhance our online presence and drive targeted traffic
- Continuously learning and staying ahead of industry trends to keep our growth strategies fresh and effective
