**STELLENBESCHREIBUNG**:

- In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für die Abteilung Marketing & Growth. Du setzt Impulse, entwickelst die strategische Ausrichtung weiter und stellst sicher, dass dein Team optimal wirken kann - gemeinsam mit internen sowie externen Partnern.
- Du entwickelst eine auf die Unternehmensziele abgestimmte Marketing
- und Kommunikationsstrategie und setzt sie mit deinem Team um
- Du führst das Team fachlich, personell und finanziell - inkl. Campaign Owner und Campaign Operations Manager
- Du arbeitest eng mit Produktmanagement, UX, Data Analytics sowie externen Partnern an der Konzeption und Umsetzung von innovativen Kampagnen
- Du etablierst User Research als Grundlage für Vermarktung, Weiterentwicklung und Kommunikation
- Du entwickelst datenbasierte Reportings und sorgst für eine kontinuierliche Optimierung von Aktivitäten und Prozessen
- Du denkst Marketing ganzheitlich - vom Tech-Stack über Tools bis zur abteilungsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit

**ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL**:

- Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einer strategischen Marketingrolle mit und hast idealerweise ein interdisziplinäres Team geführt
- Du verstehst digitales Marketing nicht nur konzeptionell, sondern auch operativ - inklusive Growth, Performance und Kommunikation
- Du hast Erfahrung mit User Research, Personas, Segmentierungen und der Entwicklung datenbasierter Insights
- Du bist vertraut mit modernen MarTech-Lösungen (CRM, Automation, Analytics, Ad-Tech) und kannst Anforderungen klar formulieren
- Du bringst ein Gespür für Stakeholder mit - intern wie extern - und kannst überzeugend präsentieren und moderieren
- Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch
